دور التكوين المقاولاتي في تفعيل التوجّه المقاولاتي لدى الطلبة الجامعيين - دراسة حالة الطلبة المنخرطين في مركز دعم و تنمية القدرات بالمركز الجامعي مغنية-

Abstract

الملخّص هدفت هذه الدّراسة إلى معرفة تأثير التكوين المقاولاتي على التوجّه المقاولاتي للطلبة المنتمين لحاضنة الأعمال بالمركز الجامعي مغنية كعيّنة للدّراسة. و التي تكوّنت من 111 طالبا، حيث استخدمت الإستبانة كأداة رئيسيّة لجمع المعلومات، مع الاستعانة بالمقابلة مع مدير حاضنة الأعمال بالمركز الجامعي مغنية، و استخدام برنامج SPSS لتحليل النتائج و المعطيات المحصّل عليها. و توصّلت الدّراسة إلى عدّة نتائج منها: وجود تأثير إيجابيّ واضح للتكوين المقاولاتي بمختلف أبعاده المختارة المتمثّلة في (جاذبية فكرة الإنشاء، القدرة على الإنشاء، القدرة على التسيير) على التوجّه المقاولاتي لدى العيّنة المختارة، حيث يتمّ غرس هذا التوجّه من خلال التكوين المقاولاتي الّذي يقدّم الركائز و المبادئ الّتي يسير عليها الطالب لتجسيد فكرته إلى مشروع و الاستمرار فيه. Abstract The aim of this study was to investigate the impact of entrepreneurial training on the entrepreneurial orientation of students affiliated with the business incubator at the University Center Maghnia as a case study. The sample consisted of 111 students, with a questionnaire being the primary tool for data collection, supplemented by an interview with the manager of the business incubator at the University Center Maghnia, and SPSS software was used to analyze the results and data obtained. The study found several results, including a clear positive impact of entrepreneurial training in various selected dimensions (attraction of entrepreneurial idea, ability to create, ability to manage) on the entrepreneurial orientation of the selected sample. This orientation is instilled through entrepreneurial training, which provides the pillars and principles that guide students in realizing their ideas into projects and continuing them.
