Abstract

الملخص: لقد أصبحت السلطات التقليدية في الدولة لوحدها غير قادرة على إدارة الأعمال المالية والعمل على ضمان نجاحها، هنا يأتي دور السلطات الإدارية المستقلة المصرفية المستحدثة وذلك من خلال عملية تنظيم القطاع المالي لما يضمنه من حسن السير لهذا الأخير. Résumé : Seules les autorités traditionnelles de l’État sont devenues incapables de gérer l’activité financière et d’œuvrer à sa réussite. Voici le rôle des autorités administratives indépendantes nouvellement créées à travers le processus d’organisation du secteur financier car il garantit le bon fonctionnement de ce dernier. Summary : Only the traditional state authorities have become incapable of managing financial activity and working for its success. This is the role of the newly created independent administrative administrative authorities in the process of organizing the financial sector as it guarantees the proper functioning of the latter.
