رابحي فريدتحت إشراف أ. واسطي عبد النور2025-09-232021-09-07M586https://dspace.cu-maghnia.dz/handle/123456789/3261ملخص عمد المشرع الجزائري من خلال تعديل قانون الإجراءات الجزائية إلى توسيع صلاحيات وسلطات الشرطة القضائية وجهات المتابعة والتحقيق في مجال البحث والتحري عن الجريمة المنظمة والجريمة الاقتصادية، بالإضافة إلى استحداث أساليب تحري خاصة، وإنشاء أقطاب متخصصة أهمها القطبين الجديدين المستحدثين بموجب الأمر 20-04 و هما القطب الاقتصادي والمالي وقسم مكافحة الإرهاب والجريمة المنظمة العابرة للحدود الوطنية، حيث خطى بموجبها القضاء نحو التخصص في المعالجة القضائية للجريمتين Résumé : Par amendement du Code de procédure pénale, le législateur algérien a élargi les pouvoirs et les autorités de police judiciaire, des services de suivi et d'enquête dans le domaine de la recherche et d'investigation de la criminalité organisé et d'infraction économique, en plus de création de nouvelles techniques d'enquête spéciales, et la mise en place des pôles pénaux spécialisés dont les plus importants sont les deux nouveaux pôles crées en vertus de l'ordonnance 20-04, il s'agit du Pôle économique et financier, et le pole de la lutte contre le terrorisme et la criminalité organisée transnationale, selon lesquels la justice s'est spécialisé dans le traitement judiciaire des deux crimes.
