شقوقي عبد العزيز2025-04-212023-06-20M 0799https://dspace.cu-maghnia.dz/handle/123456789/2319الملخص: تلعب المنظمات الدولية دوراً هاما في العلاقات الدولية، خاصة لما يشهده العالم من تضارب بين مصالح الدول، ونظرا لدور هذه المنظمات فقد تزايد عدد الموظفين الدوليين داخلها، وبالتالي خضوعهم لنظام قانوني خاص يربط بينها وبين الموظف الدولي ويشمل كل ما يتعلق بحقوقه والالتزامات الواقعة على عاتقه، بالرغم من اختلاف طبيعة أعمالهم في المنظمة الدولية وعلاقاتهم القانونية بها، وكذلك الحصانات والامتيازات التي تضمن تواجده في المنظمة، وفي مضمونها يتضح أنه يتمتع بحماية قانونية وضمانات سواء كانت سابقة أو لاحقة. Résumé : Les organisations internationales jouent un rôle important dans les relations internationales, notamment en raison du conflit entre les intérêts des Etats dans le monde ,et en raison du rôle ces organisations ,le nombre d’employés internationaux a augmenté en leur sein, et sont donc soumis à un régime juridique spécial les liant au salarié international et comprenant tout ce qui concerne ses droits et obligation malgré la nature différente de leur travail dans l’organisation internationale et leurs relations juridique avec celle-ci, ainsi que les immunités et privilèges qui garantissent sa présence dans l’organisation et dans son contenu, il est clair qu’il bénéficie d’une protection et de garanties légales ,antérieures ou postérieures .
