بوهنة صباح2025-03-242024-10-08M1029https://dspace.cu-maghnia.dz/handle/123456789/2163ملخص: يُـساهم الذّكاء الإصطـناعي بشكل كبـيــر فـي تـحسـيــن مرحـلـة تــنـفـيذ الصّفـقـات الـعـمـومـيـة ،من خلال تعـزيـز الكفاءة والشّفافـية باستخدام أدوات متقدّمة مثل:التّحليل الـتّـنبـؤي وأتـمّة العمليات،تـشيـر النّـتائج إلـى أنّ هذه الـتّـقنـيات تـساعد فـي تـحسيـن الأداءالإداري وتـقلـيل الـتّكالـيـف،مـمّا يُعـزّز رضى الـمـتـعاملـيـن،فمن الضّروري تبنّـي إستعمال الذّكاء االإصطناعي، مع التّـركيز على تدريب الكوادر عليه،وتـحديث البنية التّحتية التّكنولوجية،لتحقيق أقصى إسـتـفادة.ومن الـمفيد كذلك إجراء أبـحاث مستقبليّة لإستكشاف إمكانـيّـات إضافـية لـهذه الـتّـقنـيـات. -Résumé : L'intelligence artificielle contribue de manière significative à l'amélioration de la phase d'exécution des contrats publics en renforçant l'efficacité et la transparence grâce à l'utilisation d'outils avancés tels que l'analyse prédictive et l'automatisation des processus. Les résultats montrent que ces technologies aident à améliorer la performance administrative et à réduire les coûts, ce qui accroît la satisfaction des opérateurs. Il est essentiel d'adopter l'intelligence artificielle, en mettant l'accent sur la formation des cadres et la mise à jour de l'infrastructure technologique pour en tirer le maximum de bénéfices. De plus, il serait utile de mener des recherches futures pour explorer davantage les potentialités de ces technologies. -Summary: Artificial intelligence significantly contributes to the improvement of the execution phase of public contracts by enhancing efficiency and transparency through the use of advanced tools such as predictive analytics and process automation.The results show that these technologies help improve administrative performance and reduce costs,which increases operators satisfaction.
