بربيط أمين ، أمبارك رشيد2025-05-052023-07-03MMC 770https://dspace.cu-maghnia.dz/handle/123456789/2427ملخص الدراسة: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أثر جودة الحياة الوظيفية على الأداء الوظيفي في المؤسسات التربوية، دراسة عينة من المدارس الابتدائية، وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي في هده الدراسة، حيث تم تصميم استبيان كأداة لجمع معلومات والتي وزعت على عينة مكونة من موظفي مؤسسات محل الدراسة،والبالغ عددهم 60 موظف، اعتمدت هذه الدراسة بشكل أساسي على برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية في إصداره رقم 22، وذلك من أجل معالجة وتحليل البيانات التي تم الحصول عليها من خلال الاستبيان، وقد تم اختبار نتائج الدراسة عن طريق مجموعة من الأدوات الإحصائية كالانحرافات المعيارية والمتوسطات الحسابية ومعاملات الارتباط. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أنه هناك فهم وإدراك أثر لجودة الحياة الوظيفية على الأداء الوظيفي في المؤسسات التربوية وتطبيق جيد لأبعادها في المؤسسات محل الدراسة،كما وجدنا أن جودة الحياة الوظيفية لها تأثير على الأداء الوظيفي. Summary of the study : This study aims to reveal the impact of the quality of the working life on job performance in primary schools. The study was based on a sample of primary schools under the descriptive approach where a questioner was designed to collect information and data. This questionnaire was given to a group of about 60 employees in primary institutions. The study relied mainly on the social sciences statistical program in its 22nd version to analyze the already collected data from the questionnaire. The results of the study were tested by a set of statistical tools such as standard deviations, arithmetic averages and correlation coefficients. The study‘s final results that there is an understanding and awareness of the impact of the quality of the working life on job performance in primary schools in the town of Maghnia and the good application of its dimensions in these institutions.
