وزاني رميسة، براندو فتيحة2026-09-092026-09-08MMC1012https://dspace.cu-maghnia.dz/handle/123456789/3615الملخص: الزكاة مورد اقتصادي هام يجب العمل به في تنظيم الموارد المالية وطرق انفاقها، فهي تلعب دورا حيويا في انعاش الاقتصاد وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة، ومع إنشاء صناديق الزكاة في الدول الإسلامية أصبحت أداة فعالة في عملية التنمية من خلال الدور الكبير الذي تؤديه في إعادة توزيع الثروة،كما تهدفهذهالدراسةإلىإبرازالدورالاقتصاديوالاجتماعيللزكاةفيتحقيقالتنميةالمستدامةفي الجزائر. وإبراز وظيفة مؤسسة الزكاة كمؤسسة من المؤسسات الرسمية في الجزائر ودورها في النهوض بالتنمية المستدامة والتي تعتبر مطلب لابد منه لضمان حقوق الأجيال الحاضرة والمستقبلية، وخلصنا إلى أن أهمية الزكاة لدى الأفراد تساهم في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة من خلال التحفيز على الاستهلاك والاستثمار وضبط التضخم. Abstract: Zakat is an important economic resource that must be used to organize financial resources and the means to spend them. It plays a vital role in revitalizing the economy and achieving sustainable development. With the creation of Zakat fund in Islamic countries, it has become an effective tool in the development process through the major role it plays in the redistribution of wealth, and this study aims to highlighting the economic and social role of Zakat in achieving sustainable development and to high light the function of the institution of Zakat as one of the official institution in Algeria and its role in promoting sustainable development and which is considered an indispensable requirement to guarantee the right of present and future generations and to concluded that the importance of Zakat for individuals contributes to achieving sustainable development by stimulating consumption and investment and controlling inflation. Résumé: La Zakat est une ressource économique essentielle qui doit être utilisé pour organiser les ressources financières et leurs dépenses, elle joue un rôle crucial dans la relance de l'économie et la réalisation du développement durable. Avec la mise en place de fond de Zakat dans les pays islamique, elle est devenue un outil efficace du processus de développement grâce à son rôle significatif dans la redistribution des richesses. Cette étude e vise à mettre en lumière le rôle économique et social de la Zakat dans la réalisation du développement durable en Algérie, et à souligner la fonction de l'institution officielle algérienne et son rôle dans la promotion du développement durable, essentiel pour garantir les droits des générations présentes et futures.
