Résume Le sujet de cette recherche est d’étudier le responsabilité du transporteur maritime et de ses dépendants maritimes ou terrestres conformément aux lois nationales et aux traités internationaux. Nous avons également traité avec les agents du transporteur maritimes, à savoir l’agent du navire, l’entrepreneur, e, les identifiant, e, précisant leur devoirs et leur obligation, ainsi qu’en déterminant leur responsabilité. Absract The subject of this research is to study the responsibility of the shipping carrier and its maritime or land-based dependants in accordance with national law and international treaties.
