Resumé: La transaction entre la banque et le client est soumise a des règles de principes dans l activité bancaire qui dégage des obligations professionnelles bancaires que la loi et la jurisprudence ont consacrés afin de contrôler les opérations bancaires , éviter les risques dans ces opérations et lutter la crime organisée, le législateur algérien a édicté des obligations bancaires a travers de nombreux textes juridiques au vue de la protection des intérêts des clients au premier place et ceux de la banque.
