غيات خديجة2025-03-052020-11-19MMC463https://dspace.cu-maghnia.dz/handle/123456789/1967الملخص هدفنا من خلال دراستنا هذه إلى التعرف على أثر التمكين الإداري على الإبداع التنظيمي حيث أجرينا الدراسة بمفتشية الضرائب بمغنية وإعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما تم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية للدراسة حيث وزع 60 استبيان وتم استرجاع 52 فقط وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من مفردة وتم تحليل البينات الواردة للاستبيانات عن طريق التحليل الإحصائي بالاعتماد على المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية. وبعد تحليل النتائج توصلت الدراسة إلى التأكد من صحة الفرضيات حيث وجد أن هناك ارتباط بين مختلف أبعادج التمكين الإداري من (تفويض للسلطة فرق العمل، التدريب، التحفيز، الاتصال الفعّال) والإبداع التنظيمي وكانت العلاقة طردية بين التمكين الإداري والإبداع التنظيمي . كما أوصت الدراسة باهتمام المؤسسة محّل الدراسة بمفهوم التمكين الإداري بمختلف أبعاده. Abstract: Our object in this study is to identify the Impact of administration empowerment on organization creativity, we conducted the study at the inspectorate in Maghnia and relied in our study in the analytical description approach. It was used questionnaire and interview to collect eloquent information on the study. As a main tool for the study 60 questionnaires were distributed, and only 52 were retrieved were the study sample 62 single. Has been analyzing data from the questionnaires through use of statistical analysis, depending the average and standard deviation and multiple regression analysis after the results the study to confirm hypotheses where the found that there is a correlation between the various administrative empowerment dimensions ( the delegation of authority, work teams, training, effective communication, motivation) and organizational creativity .
