نباتي محمد، غالي محمد علاء الدين ، قرين يوسف2025-10-282025-07-07MMC 992https://dspace.cu-maghnia.dz/handle/123456789/3420ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل واقع الصناعات الغذائية في الجزائر ودورها في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي. خلصت إلى أن الجزائر تمتلك إمكانات هامة غير مستغلة، بسبب ضعف الاستثمار والتكنولوجيا. رغم وجود فرص حقيقية، إلا أن النهوض بهذا القطاع يتطلب دعماً حكومياً، وتمويلاً ملائماً، وشراكات فعالة. يُعد مشروع "غرانولا بجنين القمح" نموذجًا عمليًا لدعم الاقتصاد المحلي. توصي الدراسة بتهيئة بيئة مشجعة لتطوير الصناعات الغذائية وتحقيق الاكتفاء الذاتي. Abstract : This study analyzes the state of the food industry in Algeria and its role in achieving food security. It found that Algeria has great potential, hindered by weak investment and limited technology. Despite real opportunities, progress requires government support, funding, and strong partnerships. The "Granola with Wheat Germ" project is a practical model for boosting local production.
