بقدور فوزي2025-03-232024-06-25M928https://dspace.cu-maghnia.dz/handle/123456789/2137الملخص: لتجسيد ضمانات فعالة لحماية حقوق الإنسان كان لابد على المجتمع الدولي ككل تكثيف التعاون والتنسيق لإيجاد آليات دولية وأخرى إقليمية تختص بهذه الحماية، وهذا ما بدأ يتعزز منذ ظهور منظمة الأمم المتحدة إلى حيز الوجود، حيث أوجدت العديد من الآليات القانونية والمؤسساتية التابعة للأمم المتحدة والتي تعمل على حماية حقوق الإنسان، كما لعبت ولازالت تلعب الآليات الإقليمية دورا هاما في مجال حماية حقوق الإنسان في إطار كل من : مجلس أوروبا ومنظمة الدول الأمريكية، وأيضا اللجنة العربية والإفريقية وذلك من خلال استجابتها للتحديات وتماشيا مع التطورات والإصلاحات. Résumé : Afin de mettre en œuvre des garanties efficaces pour la protection des droits de l'homme dans leur ensemble, la communauté internationale doit intensifier la coopération et la coordination pour trouver des mécanismes internationaux et régionaux pour cette protection. C’est ce qui a commencé à se renforcer depuis la création de l’ONU, car elle a créé de nombreux mécanismes juridiques et institutionnels affiliés à les mécanismes régionaux jouent un rôle important dans la protection des droits de l’homme dans le cadre du Conseil de l’Europe, de Comité américain, mais aussi du Comité arabe et africain, par leur réponse aux défis et en cohérence avec les Nations Unies qui œuvrent pour la protection des droits de l’homme évolutions et réformes. Abstract : In order to implement effective guarantees for the protection of human rights as a whole, the international community must intensify cooperation and coordination to find international and regional mechanisms for this protection. This is what has begun to strengthen since the United Nations came into existence, as it has created many legal and institutional mechanisms affiliated with the United Nations that work to protect human rights.
