حداد مباركة زهرةتحت إشراف الأستاذ قارة سليمان محمد خليد2025-07-132019-10-17M 0305https://dspace.cu-maghnia.dz/handle/123456789/3057الملخص إن التجارة الالكترونية أصبحت حقيقة واقعية ، وهذا نظرا لما تحققه من مزايا تساعد على توفير الوقت والجهد والمال ، غير ان الطبيعة العالمية للشبكة الانترنت، وعدم الاتصال المباشر بين البائع والمشتري هي مخاطر تفرض ضرورة ، حماية المشتري في عقد البيع الالكتروني ، خاصة في مرحلة التنفيد ، وتتجسد تلك الحماية في إحاطة المشتري بضمانات قانونية اما تقليدية تتمثل في حماية ضد الشروط التعسفية والالتزام بالسلامة ، وضمانات مستحدثة تتمثل في الالتزام بالإعلام والحق في العدول والالتزام بالمطابقة .
