العرباوي نادية ، مولاي وئام2025-04-092022-06-29MMC656https://dspace.cu-maghnia.dz/handle/123456789/2259الملخص: توضح الدراسة موضوع ظاهرة البطالة ودور المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في محاربتها ، ولما لها قدرة على خلق مناصب شغل في ظل سعي الدولة الجزائرية لتقليص نسبة البطالة وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة و النمو الاقتصادي، وذلك عن طريق دعم وتشجيع إنشاء المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، وبانتهاج جملة من الإجراءات والبرامج التي تهدف إلى الدعم الكامل لهذه المؤسسات، وتشجيع الشباب على إنجاز مشاريع خاصة، ومن المنطلق نجد أن للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة دور فعال في خلق مناصب شغل وهو موضوع إشكالية بحثنا والمتمثل في السؤال التالي: ما مدى مساهمة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في التخفيف من حدة البطالة في الجزائر؟ ومن خلال الدراسة النظرية والتطبيقية لموضوع بحثنا توصلنا بأن المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة هي من المؤسسات التي لا تساهم في القضاء على ظاهرة البطالة، لذا لا بد على الحكومة الجزائرية أن تسعى جاهدة لتوفير السبل المختلفة ودعم وتشجيع المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة لتتمكن من خلال مرونتها وسرعتها على التأقلم مع المتغيرات من توفير مناصب شغل. Abstract : The study clarifies the issue of the phenomenon of unemployment and the role of small and medium enterprises in combating it , and because of their ability to create jobs in light of the efforts of the algerian state to reduce unemployment and achieve sustainable development and economic growth , by supporting and encouraging the establishment of small and medium enterprises, and by adopting a number of procedures and programs that it aims to fully support these institutions , and encourage young people to implement special projects , and from this standpoint , we find that small and medium enterprises have an effective role in creating jobs , which is the problematic subject of our research , which is represented in the following question : what is the contribution of small and medium enterprises to alleviating unemployment in algeria ? Through the theoretical and applied study of the subject of our research, we concluded that small and medium enterprises are among the institutions that do not contribute to the elimination of unemployment , so the algerian government must strive to provide various means , support and encourage small and medium enterprises to be able through their flexibility and speed to adapt to the changes of providing jobs . Résumé : L'étude décrit le phénomène du chômage et le rôle des PME dans le combat et leur capacité à créer des emplois dans l'Etat algérien a cherché à réduire le chômage et réaliser le développement durable et la croissance économique, en soutenant et en favorisant la création de petites et moyennes entreprises et un certain nombre d'actions et de programmes visant au support complet de ces institutions et encourager les jeunes à terminer les projets spéciaux et l'esprit du rôle des PME efficace dans la création d'emplois et fait l'objet du problème que nous avons discuté, à savoir la question suivante : Quelle est la contribution des petites et moyennes entreprises afin d'atténuer le chômage en Algérie ? Et à travers l'étude théorique et appliquée du sujet de notre recherche, nous avons conclu que les petites et moyennes entreprises font partie des institutions qui ne contribuent pas à l'élimination du chômage, de sorte que le gouvernement algérien doit s'efforcer de fournir divers moyens, soutenir et encourager les petites et moyennes entreprises pour pouvoir la question suivante : Quelle est la contribution des petites et moyennes entreprises afin d'atténuer le chômage en Algérie ?
