بلميمون إبتسام، وادفل سارة2025-05-052023-07-04MMC 775https://dspace.cu-maghnia.dz/handle/123456789/2432الملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل دور التكنولوجيا المالية في تحسبن الأداء المالي في البنوك والتي تعتبر عامل مهم في أداء البنوك تطرقنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى جزء نظري يعرض مفاهيم أساسية حول التكنولوجيا المالية، أهميتها وابتكاراتها وأيضا مفهوم الأداء الملي. ثم تطرقنا ميدانيا إلى قياس وتحليل دور وأثر التكنولوجيا المالية في تحسين أداء بنك القرض الشعبي الجزائري CPAوكالة مغنية، معتمدين على الإستبيان الذي حلل بواسطة البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS وأساليب إحصائية متنوعة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود ارتباط إيجابي بين التكنولوجيا المالية والأداء المالي في الوكالة البنكية محل الدراسة، كما أكدت العينة أن التكنولوجيا المالية بأدواتها المتطورة تعتبر أداة مساهمة في تحسين الأداء المالي، وكان هذا نتيجة تطبيقها في البنك وفق طرق وأساليب تتماشى مع طبيعة الخدمة. Summary : The study aimed to analyze the role of financial technology in improving financial performance in banks, which is an important factor in the performance and work of banks. Through this study, we discussed a theoretical part that presents basic concepts about financial technology, its importance and innovations, in addition to the concept of financial performance and banking financial technology. Then we touched on the field to measure and analyze the role and impact of financial technology in improving the performance of the Algerian People's Loan Bank CPA Mughniyeh Agency, relying on the questionnaire that was analyzed by the statistical program Spss and various statistical methods, and the study found a positive correlation between financial technology and financial performance in the banking agency under study, and the sample, which represents the bank's employees, confirmed that financial technology with its advanced tools is a contributing tool to improving financial performance, and this was the result of its application in the bank according to methods and methods in line with Nature of service.otherالكلمات المفتاحية: التكنولوجيا المالية، الأداء المالي.Keywords:Fintech- Financial Performance.Thesis
