برودي ابتسام، بكار رحيمة2026-09-102026-09-10MMC1015https://dspace.cu-maghnia.dz/handle/123456789/3618الملخص باللغة العربية: تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع أثر التغيرات المناخية على المتغيرات الاقتصادية، باعتباره من أبرز التحديات التي تواجه الاقتصاد العالمي والجزائري في الوقت الراهن، لما تتسبب فيه من انعكاسات سلبية على الإنتاج والأمن الغذائي والتنمية المستدامة. وقد سعت الدراسة إلى تحليل العلاقة بين التغيرات المناخية والمتغيرات الاقتصادية، مع التركيز على وضع الجزائر باعتبارها مصنفة من أكثر دول العالم عرضة لهذه التغيرات. وقد تطرقنا في الجانب النظري إلى مفهوم التغير المناخي وأسبابه وأثره على الاقتصاد العالمي، كما تناولت الدراسة تأثير التغيرات المناخية على أهم القطاعات الاقتصادية في الجزائر، وتم التركيز على القطاع الزراعي باعتباره الأكثر حساسية لهذه الظواهر ومن بينها الجفاف وقلة الموارد المائية. أما الجانب التطبيقي فجاء كمحاولة للتكيف مع الوضع وتخفيف الآثار السلبية للتغيرات المناخية، وهذا باقتراح مشروع مؤسسة مصغرة GreenDry متخصصة في تركيب وصيانة شبكات الري بالتقطير باعتباره حلا عمليا، حيث يستهدف المشروع دعم الفلاحين من خلال توفير خدمات تركيب وصيانة شبكات الري بالتقطير بما يضمن كفاءة استخدام الموارد المائية ورفع مردودية الإنتاج الزراعي. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن التغيرات المناخية تمثل تحديا حقيقيا بالنسبة للاقتصاد بصفة عامة والقطاع الفلاحي بصفة خاصة، الأمر الذي يستدعي تبني حلول مبتكرة ومستدامة، من بينها توسيع استخدام تقنيات الري الحديثة والري بالتقطير، وتشجيع المبادرات والمؤسسات الناشئة التي تساهم في تعزيز قدرة القطاع الزراعي على مواجهة آثار التغيرات المناخية وتحقيق الأمن الغذائي والتنمية المستدامة. Summary : This study addresses the impact of climate change on economic variables, as it is one of the most significant challenges facing the global and Algerian economy today, due to its negative repercussions on production, food security, and sustainable development. The study aimed to analyze the relationship between climate change and economic variables, focusing on Algeria as it is classified among the most vulnerable countries to these changes. In the theoretical aspect, we discussed the concept of climate change, its causes, and its impact on the global economy. The study also examined the effects of climate change on the most important economic sectors in Algeria, with a particular emphasis on the agricultural sector, which is the most sensitive to these phenomena, including drought and water scarcity. The practical aspect of the study proposed a project for a small enterprise, GreenDry, specialized in the installation and maintenance of drip irrigation systems as a practical solution. The project aims to support farmers by providing installation and maintenance services for drip irrigation systems, ensuring efficient use of water resources and enhancing agricultural productivity.
