بن منصور, عمر الفاروق2018-12-172024-10-172018-12-172017MMC/168https://dspace.cu-maghnia.dz/handle/123456789/365ملخص : تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور رأس المال الفكري في تعزيز أداء المنظمة وذلك في ظل التغيرات السريعة و التحديات الكبيرة التي شهدتها السنوات الأخيرة في عالم الأعمال و التي كان سببها الأساسي بروز ظاهرة العولمة و الاندماجات و التحالفات الإستراتيجية بين المنظمات العملاقة و تلاحق الابتكارات و الإبداعات السريعة، ومن تم تحول الاقتصاد إلى ما يسمى اقتصاد المعرفة . و بالتالي فان هذه الدراسة تركز على أهمية رأس المال الفكري في المنظمات الحديثة، و تستعرض في إيجاز الأدبيات و الأسس النظرية ذات العلاقة برأس المال الفكري، و كذا مختلف المفاهيم المتعلقة بالأداء، و الإشارة إلى الدور المهم الذي يقوم به رأس المال الفكري في دعم أداء المنظمة و تعزيز تنافسيتها وتحقيق الكفاءة و الفاعلية التنظيمية و نجاح المنظمة Résumé:     Cette étude vise à mettre en évidence le rôle du capital intellectuel dans le renforcement de la performance de l'Organisation à la lumière des changements rapides et importants défis au cours des dernières années dans le monde des affaires, ce qui a été la principale provoquée par l'émergence du phénomène de la mondialisation et des fusions et des alliances stratégiques entre les organisations géantes et les innovations qui poursuivent et créations rapides et l'économie a été transformée en l'économie du savoir que l'on appelle. Par conséquent, cette étude met l'accent sur l'importance du capital intellectuel dans les organisations modernes, et passer brièvement en revue la littérature et fondements théoriques liés à la tête du capital intellectuel, et ainsi que les divers concepts liés à la performance, et la référence au rôle important du capital intellectuel à l'appui de la performance organisation et d'améliorer leur compétitivité et d'efficience et de l'efficacité organisationnelle et à la réussite de l'organisation. Abstract: This study aims to highlight the role of intellectual capital in enhancing the performance of the organization, and in light of the rapid changes and great challenges experienced in recent years in the business world, which was due to the emergence of the phenomenon of globalization and mergers and strategic alliances between organizations giant pursuing innovations and creations fast, and then transformation of the economy to the so-called knowledge economy.
