بطيب بشرى2025-04-292023-06-12MMC 744https://dspace.cu-maghnia.dz/handle/123456789/2400الملخص تهدف هده الدراسة إلى تبيان دور التكوين في تحسين أداء العاملين في المؤسسة الصناعيةللملابس الجاهزة تافنةبمغنية،وقد استخدمنا المنهج التحليلي والاستبانة، إضافة إلى الأدبيات والدراسات ذات الصلة، و توصلت الدراسة إلى أن التكوين يعتبر من أهم العوامل المساهمة في النهوض بالعنصر البشري و خيارا ترفع به راية التحدي لأجل مواكبة التقدم العلمي-و التكنولوجي و دلك بالرفع من كفاءة الأفراد العاملين و مهاراتهم حتى تتمكن المؤسسة من تحسين أداء عمالها و الرفع من مردوديتهم و المحافظة على جودة مخرجاتها من جهة، و كدا منح فرص لعمالها لتمكينهم من تحسين مستواهم العلمي و المهني مما يؤهلهم للترقيات المهنية و الاجتماعية من جهة أخرى و الوصول إلى المستوى المرغوب من الاستقرار و الفعالية،كما تبين لنا مدى أهمية و فعالية العملية التكوينية في تحسين أداء موردها البشري و الدي يؤدي بالضرورة إلى تحسين و زيادة إنتاجية المؤسسة الصناعية للملابس الجاهزة تافنة.
