Résumé : Le législateur a préserver de nombreux droits a la femme mariée, son droit a conclure son contrat de mariage, son droit a la dot, sa liberté financière, sa cohabitation, son droit a la pension et a l’héritage, et d’autres droits issus de la charia Musulmane, toutefois, le code de la famille est toujours accuse d’avoire prive la femme mariée de ses droits.
