ABSTRACT: This study addresses the subject of public procurement governance under Law No. 23-12 by highlighting the extent to which this law contributes to consolidating the principles of good governance within the public procurement system in Algeria. The study examines the fundamental concepts of governance and their relationship with public procurement, while also outlining the legislative and regulatory developments that have characterized this field.
