حسين يوسف2024-11-282022-07-11TDC13https://dspace.cu-maghnia.dz/handle/123456789/592الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى موضوع إستقطاب الإستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة مع دراسة تحليلية و قياسية لحالة الجزائر، بحيث تم تسليط الضوء عل أهم العوامل التي تؤثر على جذب الإستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة إلى الجزائر من خلال دراسة قياسية لأثر كل من المتغيرات المؤسساتية (مؤشر الحرية الإقتصادية، مؤشر الحوكمة) والمتغيرات الإقتصادية (نمو الناتج المحلي الإجمالي ، نمو السكان ، البنية التحتية) و أخيرا متغير وهمي تمثل في التاريخ المشترك، وهذا في الفترة الممتدة ما بين 1996-2020 باستخدام نموذج الجاذبية و تم التقدير باستعمال نموذج PANAL ARDL فكانت النتائج كلها تشير إلى عدم قدرة الجزائر على جذب الإستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة في الظروف الحالية التي تمر بها ، مقارنة ما تمتلكه من مؤهلات. الكلمات المفتاحية: Abstract : This study aims at the subject of attracting foreign direct investment with an analytical and standard study of the case of Algeria, highlighting the most important factors affecting the attraction of foreign direct investment to Algeria through a standard study of the impact of each of the institutional variables (economic freedom index, governance index) and Economic variables (GDP growth, population growth, infrastructure) and finally a dummy variable represented in the common history, and this is in the period between 1996-2020 using the gravity model and it was estimated using the PANAL ARDL model, so the results all indicate the inability of Algeria On attracting foreign direct investment in the current circumstances it is going through, compared to the qualifications it possesses. Résumé Cette étude vise le sujet de l'attraction des investissements directs étrangers avec une étude analytique et standard du cas de l'Algérie, mettant en évidence les facteurs les plus importants affectant l'attraction des investissements directs étrangers en Algérie à travers une étude standard de l'impact de chacune des variables institutionnelles (indice de liberté économique, indice de gouvernance) et des variables économiques (croissance du PIB, croissance démographique, infrastructure) et enfin une variable fictive représentée dans l'histoire commune, et ceci dans la période entre 1996-2020 en utilisant le modèle de gravité et elle a été estimée en utilisant le modèle PANAL ARDL, donc les résultats indiquent tous l'incapacité de l'Algérie à attirer les investissements directs étrangers dans les circonstances actuelles qu'elle traverse, par rapport aux qualifications qu'elle possède.otherالاستثمار الاجنبي المباشر، المتغيرات المؤسساتية، المتغيرات الاقتصادية، معطيات بانل، نموذج Panel ARDL.Key words :Foreign direct investmentinstitutional variableseconomic variablesPanel dataPanel ARDL model.Mots clé:Investissement direct étrangervariables institutionnellesvariables économiquesdonnées de panel DATAmodèle PANEL ARDL.Thesis
