الفضيل محمد2025-09-242024-11-19MMC 888https://dspace.cu-maghnia.dz/handle/123456789/3266ملخص: اتخذت السياسةالجبائيةاهمية كبيرة في معظم دول العالم ، خاصة الدول النامية من اجل تطوير اقتصادها و ذلك بالعمل على تحسين اساليب و ادوات السياسات المنتهجة ، ونظرا لذلك تطرقنا لدراسة مدى تاثير السياسة الجبائية على النمو الاقتصادي في حالة الجزائر باعتبارها من الدول النفطية وذلك خلال الفترة 1990الى 2023. توصلت الدراسة الى ان للسياسة الجبائية بنوعيها الجبائية و العادية اثر على النمو الاقتصادي و خاصة الجباية البترولية باعتبارها لب اقتصاد الجزتئر فاي تقلب قي الاسواق النفطية سواء موجب او سالب يخلف نفس الاثر على السياسة الاقتصادية و من ثم نفس الاثر على النمو الاقتصادي. Abstract : Fiscal policy has taken on great importance in most countries of the world, especially developing countries, in order to develop their economies by working to improve the methods and tools of the policies adopted. In view of this, we studied the extent of the impact of fiscal policy on economic growth in the case of Algeria, as it is one of the oil-producing countries, during the period 1990 to 2023 The study concluded that fiscal policy, both fiscal and regular, has an impact on economic growth, especially petroleum collection, as it is the core of Algeria’s economy. Any fluctuation in the oil markets, whether positive or negative, has the same impact on economic policy and then the same impact on economic growth. Résumé: La politique fiscale a pris une grande importance dans la plupart des pays du monde, en particulier les pays en développement, afin de développer leurs économies en travaillant à améliorer les méthodes et les outils des politiques adoptées. Dans cette perspective, nous avons étudié l'ampleur de l'impact des politiques budgétaires. politique budgétaire sur la croissance économique dans le cas de l'Algérie, qui fait partie des pays producteurs de pétrole, sur la période 1990 à 2023 L'étude conclut que la politique fiscale, tant fiscale que régulière, a un impact sur la croissance économique, en particulier la collecte du pétrole, car elle constitue le cœur de l'économie algérienne.
