جزيري تورية نحت اشراف الاستاذ نعوم مراد2025-06-232019-10-16M293https://dspace.cu-maghnia.dz/handle/123456789/2695ملخص: من خلال بحثنا وجدنا أن البيئة لها مفهوم واسع يتطلب أبعادا كبيرة لأجل الإهتمام بها و المحافظة عليها و يمكن القول أن البيئة هي مجموعة الموارد الطبيعية الحيوية و اللاحيوية كالهواء والجو و الماء و الأرض و باطن الأرض و النبات و الحيوان، وللمحافظة على كل هذه الموارد الطبيعية يجب أن تكون هناك قوانين و إدارة تسهر على العمل كل حسب تخصصه من أجل الوقوف على بيئة حسنة تبدأ من الرخص الإدارية و تنتهي إلى القوانين الردعية. Résumé : Au cours de nos recherches, nous avons constaté que l’environnement avait un concept large qui nécessitait de grandes dimensions d’attention et de préservation: il s’agissait d’une collection de ressources naturelles et biologiques telles que l’air, l’eau, la terre, le sous-sol, de plantes et d’animaux, et de la préservation de toutes ces ressources naturelles. Il doit exister des lois et des réglementations qui protègent l'œuvre en fonction de sa spécialisation afin de créer un environnement propice, qui commence par les licences administratives et se termine par les lois dissuasives. Abstract : During our research, we found that the environment had a broad concept that required large dimensions of attention and preservation: it was a collection of natural and biological resources such as air, water, land, subsoil, plants and animals, and the preservation of all these natural resources.
