بلقيداري سارة2025-04-282022-09-25MMC 732https://dspace.cu-maghnia.dz/handle/123456789/2388الملخص هدفت هذه الدراسة الى ابراز دور التحليل المالي في تشخيص الوضعية المالية للمؤسسة الاقتصادية في الجزائر و معرفة و ضعها المالي ان كان جيدا ام لا . ودوره ايضا في تسليط الضوء على جوانب القوة و الضعف و اتخاد القرارات الصحيحة و تحقيقا لهذه الاهداف تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي للجانب النظري و الذي تمثل بمفاهيم حول موضوع التحليل المالي و تشخيص الوضعية المالية للمؤسسة الاقتصادية ,و المنهج التحليلي المرافق للجانب التطبيقي من خلال تحليل القوائم المالية للمؤسسة الممثلة لعينة الدراسة و هي مؤسسة الخزف المنزلي)لتافنةسيرتاف مغنية( و تم جمع البيانات اللازمة للتحليل و كانت هذه البيانات هي الوثائق المحاسبية الخاصة بهذه المؤسسة خلال الفترات (2018-2019-2020-2021).ثم اجريت عليها عملية الجدولة و استخراج النسب المالي. وتوصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج اهمها : -التأكد ان المؤسسة محل الدراسة تستخدم نتائج التحليل المالي كوسيلة لقياس ادائهاالمالي . -تعتمد جميع المؤسسات محل الدراسة على ادوات التحليل المالي في اتخاد القرارات المالية و قد اوصت الدراسة على مجموعة من النقاط اهمها : -التركيز على تقييم الاداء باعتبارها احد ركائز القرارات. -الاستعانة بالتحليل المالي الكمي كوسيلة لتوضيح نقاط القوة و الضعف بما يعني انه وسيلة فعالة للرقابة Résumé de l’étude Cette étude visait à mettre en évidence le rôle de l’analyse financière dans le diagnostic de la situation financière de l’institution économique en Algérie et à connaître sa situation financière, qu’elle soit bonne ou non. Et son rôle est également de mettre en évidence les forces et les faiblesses et de prendre les bonnes décisions et d’atteindre ces objectifs a été suivie l’approche descriptive de l’aspect théorique, qui était représenté par des concepts sur le sujet de l’analyse financière et du diagnostic de la situation financière de l’institution économique, et l’approche analytique accompagnant l’aspect appliqué à travers l’analyse des états financiers de l’institution représentant l’échantillon d’étude, qui est l’institution de porcelaine d’origine de (TfanaSertafMaghnia) et les données nécessaires à l’analyse ont été collectées et ces données étaient les documents comptables spéciaux Dans cette institution au cours des périodes (2018-2019-2020-2021). Ensuite, le processus de planification et d’extraction des ratios financiers a été effectué sur celui-ci. L’étude a atteint un ensemble de résultats, dont les plus importants sont: - S’assurer que l’institution étudiée utilise les résultats de l’analyse financière comme moyen de mesurer son rendement financier. - Toutes les institutions étudiées s’appuient sur des outils d’analyse financière pour prendre des décisions financières L’étude a recommandé un certain nombre de points, dont les plus importants sont: - Mettre l’accent sur l’évaluation de la performance comme l’un des piliers des décisions. - L’utilisation de l’analyse financière quantitative comme moyen de clarifier les forces et les faiblesses, ce qui signifie qu’il s’agit d’un moyen de contrôle efficace  الملخص بالغة الاجنبية : This study aimed to highlight the role of financialanalyses in diagnosing the financial situation of the economic institution in Algeria and to know its financial situation, WeatherItIs good or not.
