Le conseil exerce le contrôle par la procédure de notification . La Constitution algerienne à reconnu le contrôle politique , Cependant, il est permis d’engager le processus judiciare par le mécanisme de l’exception d’inconstitutionnalité . Abstract : The control of the constitutionality of the laws is one of the means that protects the human rights as well as their freedom , wich is ruled by the Algerian Constitution and controled by a constitutional body called the Constitutional Council .The Council that exercises the control through notifying procedure.
