    دورالمرافقة المقاولاتية في إنشاء المؤسسات الصغيرةفيالجزائر : دراسةحالة CNAC تلمسان.

    ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعريف بأحد أحدث الأساليب والسياسات التي تتبعها الدولة من أجل محاربة البطالة، من خلال الصندوق الوطني للتامين عن البطالة وهو أسلوب المرافقة المقاولاتية الذي يعنى ويرافق المشروعات الصغيرة في الجزائر من مجرد أفكار وأراء إلى حقيقة مجسدة في الواقع، وقدحاولنا القيام بدراسة ميدانية لأهم المشاريع التي استفادت من هذا البرنامج بولاية تلمسان،ومعرفة فيما إذا كان للمرافقة المقاولاتية القدرة على إنشاء المشاريع الصغيرة عبر الصندوق الوطني للتامين عن البطالة ،وقد توصلنا كنتيجة عامة أن آلية الدعم والمرافقة لم يتحقق مفعولها و دورها الإيجابي في إنشاء المؤسسات. Résumé: Cette étude a pour but de présenter l’une des méthodes et politiques les plus récentes adoptées par l'état pour lutter contre le chômage par le biais de la caisse national d'assurance chômage, c’est une méthode qui accompagne les petits projets en Algérie,en commençant par une idéejusqu’asa réalisation. Pour s’y faire on a essayé d’étudier les projets qui ont bénéficié de cette méthode à la wilaya de Tlemcen et de connaitresi l’accompagnemententrepreneurial a la capacité de réaliser des petits projetsà travers la CNAC. nous avons conclu que la méthoded’accompagnement n’a aucun effet positif sur la réalisationdes entreprises. Summary: This studyaims to present one of the mostrecentmethods and policiesadopted by the state to fightagainstunemploymentthrough the National UnemploymentInsuranceFund, itis a methodthataccompaniessmallprojects in Algerian, Westartwith an ideauntilitsrealization. To do so, wetried to study the projectsthatbenefitedfromthismethod in the wilaya of Tlemcen and to know if the entrepreneurial accompaniment has the capacity to carry out smallprojectsthrough the CNAC. we have concludedthat the support method has no positive effect on business achievement.
