الدلالة النحوية في قصيدة البردة للبوصيري وتطبيق رقمي تفاعلي بعنوان المعراج تحت شعار الطريق نحو المعنى - مؤسسة ناشئة

الملخص:
شهدت الدراسات اللغوية عبر تاريخها الطويل تحولاً محورياً في النظرة إلى مستويات اللغة؛ حيث أدرك الفكر اللغوي — القديم منه والحديث — أن بناء الجملة لا يمكن أن ينفصل عن غايته الإفهامية. ومن هنا يبرز النحو والدلالة كتوأمين لا ينفصلان في جسد النص الأدبي ، وانطلاقاً من هذا التلاحم اللغوي بين هندسة التركيب وروح المعنى، تبرز في الأفق مساحة علمية مشتركة تجمع بين العلمين، وهي المساحة التي تُعرف بـ "الدلالة النحوية" ، ومنه جاء موضوع بحثنا تحت عنوان " الدلالة النحوية في قصيدة البردة للبوصيري " ليسلط الضوء على الدور الذي تؤديه الدلالة في استنباط المعنى انطلاقا من البناء النحوي داخل القصيدة .
ABSTRACT:
Throughout its long history, linguistic studies have witnessed a fundamental shift in the understanding of language levels. Both classical and modern linguistic thought have recognized that sentence structure cannot be separated from its communicative purpose. Consequently, grammar and semantics emerge as two inseparable components of literary discourse.
Based on the close relationship between syntactic structure and meaning, a shared field of study has developed, commonly referred to as grammatical semantics. Accordingly, this study, entitled “Grammatical Semantics in Al-Busiri’s Al-Burdah Poem,” aims to highlight the role of grammatical semantics in deriving meaning from the syntactic structures employed throughout the poem.

تناولت هذه الدراسة اشكالية الجنس الآخر و ثقافة الاختلاف في رواية " قبو العباسيين " لهيفاء بيطار من خلال الوقوف على المفاهيم المرتبطة بالجنس و الهوية العنبرية و الآخر و الكشف عن تجليات الاختلاف بين الرجل و المراة داخل المتن الروائي . كما سلطت الضوء على صورتي المراة و الرجل و رصدت أشكال التفاعل بينهما في الفضائين العام و الخاص و ما تعكسه من تصورات ثقافية و اجتماعية .
و اظهرت الدراسة ان الرواية قدمت رؤية نقدية للعلاقات الجندرية و كشفت عن اثر ثقافة الاختلاف في تشكيل الوعي بالذات و الاخر مؤكدة اهمية الحوار و قبول التعدد في بناء علاقات انسانية.
This study explores the issue of the other gender and culture of difference in Haifa Bitar s novel Basement of the Abbasids. It examines concepts related to gender identity and otherness, while highlighting the various forms of interaction between them in both private and public spheres .
The study reveals that the novel offers a critical perspectives in gender relations and demonstrates the impact of the culture of difference on shaping the perception of self and others. It also emphasizes the importance of dialogue, acceptance of diversity , and mutual understanding in humanrelationships.
أثر تقلبات أسعار النفط و تأثيرها على الميزان التجاري

الملخص :
يعد النفط سلعة استراتيجية ومادة حيوية أساسية للبضاعة والتجارة على حد سواء، فقد ارتبط التاريخ الاقتصادي بهذا المورد، الذي يطلق عليه لأهميته مطلح "الذهب الأسود".
لما له من أثر في تشكيل معالم العالم الاقتصادي، حيث أصبح سلاح العصر الحالي التي تسعى ورائه الدول
الكبرى، لأن من يمتلك النفط فقد امتلك القوة.
وقد ارتبط تاريخيا سعر النفط بالدولار الأمريكي، إذ يعد الدولار عملة تسعيرية للبترول عصب الحياة وأهم سلع القرن التي تساهم في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية.
وفي هذا السياق احتلت الدول العربية موقعا هاما وحيويا في سوق النفط العالمية، وما يؤكد هذه المكانة المؤشرات المتعلقة بالاحتياطات وحجم الإنتاجوالصادرات من النفط الخام التي تسجلها، والتي تعتبر عوائده المالية أهم مصدر لتمويل وحدوث تحويلاتاقتصاديةواجتماعية غير مسبوقة في الأقطار العربية المصدرة للنفط.
فمن بين الدول نجد الجزائر والتي منذ قيامها بتأميم المحروقات سنة 1971 والنفط يعتبر الرئة الحيوية للاقتصاد الوطني، إذ يتأثر هذا الأخير كثيرا بتقلبات أسعار النفط، لكونه إقتصاد ريعي يعتمد بشكل كبير على صادرات النفط.
Résumé:
Cette étude analysel’impact des fluctuations des prix du pétrole sur la balance commerciale en Algérie durant lapériode *2000-2020*. L’économiealgériennedépend fortement des exportations d’hydrocarbures ce qui rend la balance commerciale particulièrement sensible aux variation des cours mondiaux du pétrole .
L’objective principal de cette recherche est d’examiner la relation entre les prix du pétrole et l’évolution de la balance commerciale tout en mettant en évidence les effets des chocs pétroliers sur les exportations .
L’étude repose sur une approche descriptive et analytique , appuyée par l’analyse des donnéeséconomiquespubliées par les institutions nationales et internationales .
Les résultats montrent qu’ une hausse des prix pétrole améliore généralement le solde de la balance commerciale grâce a l’augmentation des recettes d’exportation . a l’inverse une baisse des prix entraine une diminution des revenus extérieurs ; une dégradation du solde commercial et une pression accrue sur les réserves de change.
La recherche conclut que la forte dépendance de l’Algérie au secteur des hydrocarbures constitue un facteur de vulnérabilité face aux fluctuations du marche pétrolier mondial.
Elle recommande de diversifier l’économie national ;de développer les exportations hors hydrocarbures ;d’encourager les investissements productifs et de renforcer les politiques économiques visant a réduire la dépendance aux revenus pétroliers afin d’assurer une croissance économiques durable.
إشكالية ترجمة النص الأدبي آليا من العربية إلى الانجليزية تطبيق arabdict أنموذجا (1)+مشروع مؤسسة إقتصادية صناعة الحلويات التقليدية

ملخص:
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على إشكالية الترجمة الآلية الأدبية باعتماد القواميس الإلكترونية وبالأخص قاموس عراب ديكت Arab Dic من والى العربية. وقد تم اختيارنا على ترجمة القصة الأدبية ممثلة في قصة الحمامة المطولة من كتاب كليلة و ديمنة إلى الإنجليزية. وهذا للوقوف على مدى نجاعة القاموس للقصة مع الحفاظ على طابعها الفني والاسلوبي لا سيما البلاغي منه.
This research aims at ditecting the mechanical literary translation Via the Electronic Dictionary Arab Dict from Arabic into English and Vice versa. We chose a story entiteled The ring necked Dove from the book of kalila and dimanche. This to see how can this translation be correct and faithful preserving the story's. Aesthetic , stylistic and rhitoric features.
