    استراتيجية الأمن الصناعي في حماية الموارد البشرية من حوادث العمل

    تناولنا في هذه الدراسة موضوع " استراتيجية الأمن الصناعي في حماية الموارد البشرية من حوادث العمل. كنموذج، داخل " مؤسسة الزنك بالغروات، باعتباره موضوعا ذا أبعاد متعددة يتقاطع مع مجالات علم الاجتماع الصناعي، الاقتصاد، وعلم النفس، حيث يرتبط مباشرة بدراسة بيئة العمل وتأثيرها على أداء الأفراد وكفاءة المؤسسات. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى فعالية استراتيجية الأمن الصناعي في الحد من حوادث العمل انطلاقا من الإشكالية التالية: " مامدى استمرار الحوادث العملية في ظل وجود استراتيجية واضحة للأمن الصناعي؟ والفرضية التي مفادها:" ترتبط حوادث العمل بالظروف الفيزيقية للعمل". توصلت النتائج إلى أن الحوادث تعود إلى عوامل مترابطة، منها قدم المعدات وعدم صيانتها، غياب تنظيم العمل. ضعف إشراف الإدارة، نقص النوعية والتدريب، وإهمال الحاجات الإنسانية للعامل وفق سلم الحاجات لـ "ماسلو. وبالتالي، فإن النتائج تدعم الفرضية المقترحة، وتظهر أن السياسة الإدارية داخل المؤسسة كانت قاصرة، وهي التي أدت إلى الحوادث المتكررة رغم وجود استراتيجية نظرية للأمن الصناعي In this study, we addressed the topic of "The Industrial Safety Strategy in Protecting Human Resources from Workplace Accidents" using the ZINC Company in GHAZAQUET as a case study. This subject is of a multidisciplinary nature, intersecting with the fields of industrial sociology, economics, and psychology, as it is directly related to the study of the work environment and its impact on individual performance and institutional efficiency. The aim of this study was to assess the effectiveness of the industrial safety strategy in reducing workplace accidents, based on the following research question: "Why do accidents continue to occur despite the existence of a clear industrial safety strategy?" and the hypothesis: "Poor physical working conditions, flawed design, and the absence of preventive programs are what lead to workplace accidents." The findings revealed that workplace accidents result from interrelated factors, including outdated and poorly maintained equipment, lack of work organization, weak administrative supervision, insufficient awareness and training, and the neglect of workers' human needs, according to Maslow's hierarchy of needs. Accordingly, the results support the proposed hypothesis and indicate that the administrative policy within the institution was inadequate, which led to repeated accidents despite the existence of a theoretical industrial safety strategy.
