    الملخص: الملخص: تُعد السلطة التنفيذية من أهم سلطات الدولة، حيث تُشرف على تنفيذ القوانين ومجابهة الواقع السياسي. شهد النظام الدستوري الجزائري عدة إصلاحات لتكريس هذه السلطة، أبرزها دستور 1963 الذي أقر نظامًا رئاسيًا يُعطي صلاحيات واسعة لرئيس الجمهورية، ودستور 1976 الذي عزّز هذه السلطة أكثر، وكرّس وظيفة الوزير الأول في ظل سيطرة رئاسية تامة. ثم جاء دستور 1989 ليمنح بعض الاستقلالية لرئيس الحكومة، وهو ما عمّقته التعديلات اللاحقة خاصة تعديل 1996. أما تعديل 2020، فجاء استجابة للحراك الشعبي، حيث حدّد العهدات الرئاسية، وعزّز دور البرلمان، وكرّس نوعًا من تقاسم السلطة التنفيذية بين رئيس الجمهورية والوزير الأوّل، مما مهّد لنظام شبه رئاسي. Abstract : The executive authority is one of the main powers of the state, responsible for implementing laws and managing political realities. Algeria witnessed constitutional reforms enhancing executive power, starting with the 1963 Constitution that established a strong presidential system, followed by the 1976 Constitution reinforcing the President's dominance. The 1989 Constitution introduced the position of Prime Minister with some autonomy, further developed in the 1996 amendment. The 2020 reform, responding to public protests, limited presidential terms, strengthened Parliament’s role, and initiated a shared executive authority between the President and Prime Minister, paving the way for a semi-presidential system.
