    ملخّص تعتبر الجريمة الإلكترونية من الجرائم المستحدثة التي أفرزتها العقود الأخيرة، والتي جعلت الدول تقوم بتطوير بنيتها التشريعية، تصديا لهذا النوع الخطيـر من الجرائـم علـى المستوى الوطني والدولي كحد سواء. Résumé: Le cyber crime est une nouvelle forme de crime qui est apparue au cours des dernières décennies et qui ne cesse pas d’inciter les pays à élaborer leurs dispositifs législatifs pour lutter contre ce type dangereux de criminalité tant à l’échelle nationale qu’internationale. Summary : Cyber crime us new formed of crime That appeared in the last few decades and That led countries to elaborate their legislative structure to fight against this dangerous type of criminality both at the national and international level as well.

    Abstract : The present research study in titled « porison » in a novel « Now here or the Eastern Mediterranean again » by : Abderahmane Mounif paying attention to this type of literature, which is « porison Literature », and also to study the conditions inside Arab prisons and shed light on them by showing the manifestation of torture, oppression and tyrany against the detainees, whether they were policians or intellectuals or others. This is what we extracted from the novel interrogated it. الملخص تهدف هذه الدّراسة الموسومة بـــــــ" السجن في رواية الآن...هنا أو شّرق المتوسط مرّة أخرى لعبد الرحمن منيف" إلى الإلتفات إلى هذا النوع من الأدب وهو أب السجون، وأيضا إلى دراسة الأوضاع داخل السجون العربية وتسليط الضوء عليها وتِبيَان مظاهر التعذيب والقمع والاستبداد في حق المتعلقين سياسيين كانوا أو مثقفين، أو غيرهم. وهذا ما حولنا اِستخراجه من الرواية واِستنطاقها.
