Item جريمة الرشوة وآليات مكافحتها في ظل قانون الفساد 06-01(University Centre of Maghnia, 2022-07-13) الهيثوم زكرياء محمد كريمالملخص: جريمة الرشوة من أخطر جرائم الفساد المالي والإداري لما لها من آثار سلبية ومدمرة للبينة الاجتماعية والاقتصادية للدول فالمشرع الجزائري من خلال القانون 06-01 المتعلق بالوقاية من الفساد ومكافحته اعتمد على مجموعة من الآليات المؤسساتية وكذا الردعية للتصدي لجريمة الرشوة وكذا كل صور الفساد. Abstract : The crime of bribery is one of the most serious crimes of financial and administrative corruption because of its negative and destructive effects on the social and economic structure of countries, so the Algerian legislator, through Law 06-01 related to the prevention and combating of corruption, relied on a set of institutional and deterrent mechanisms to address the crime of bribery, as well as all forms of corruption. Résumé : Le crime de pots-de-vin est l'un des crimes les plus graves de la corruption financière et administrative en raison de ses effets négatifs et destructeurs sur la structure sociale et économique des pays , ainsi le législateur Algérien, à travers la loi 06-01 relative à la prévention et à la lutte contre la corruption, s'est appuyé sur un ensemble de mécanismes institutionnels et dissuasifs pour réprimer le délit et les formes de corruption.
