Abstract: This study focused on the role of business incubators in supporting innovation and startups, demonstratingthatthey serve as vital platforms offeringcomprehensive support includingconsultancy, funding, and market expansion. This contributes to stimulating innovation and enhancing the growth of startups. The researchalsoaddressed the challenges facing business incubators and identifiedopportunities for improvingtheir performance, emphasizing the importance of collaboration betweenuniversities and economic institutions to foster an environmentsupportive of entrepreneurship and sustainabledevelopment.
