    الملخص: يعد التحقيق في المادة الإدارية المجال الخصب لنشاط الهيئات القضائية المختلفة من بينها قاضي الموضوع، القاضي المقرر بالإضافة إلى محافظ الدولة الذين نتظافر جهودهم للإجلاء كل لبس أو غموض وتهيئة الدعوى للفصل فيها، وقد نظمه المشرع الجزائري في قانون الإجراءات المدنية والإدارية المعدل والمتمم رقم 22_13 بقواعد واجراءات خاصة به، كما أحاطه بمجموعة من الضمانات تحمي الموظف العام أثناء مرحلة التحقيق من تعسف الإدارة. Abstract : The investigation into administrative matter is considered a fertile field for the activity of various judicial bodies, including the trial judge, the rapporteur judge, in addition to the state governor, whose efforts are combined to remove any confusion or ambiguity and prepare the case for adjudication. it has been regulated by the Algerian legislator in the amended and supplemented civil and administrative procedures code No.22-13 with it's own rules and procedures , and also surrounded it with a set of guarantees that protect the public employee during investigation stage of abuse of administration. Résumé L'enquête en matière administrative est considérée comme un champ fertile pour l'activité de divers organes judiciaires , permi Lesquels le juge de première instance, le juge rapporteur et le gouverneur de l’état, dont les efforts sont combinés pour lever toute confusion ou ambiguité et préparer le dossier au jugement. Elle a été réglementée par le législateur algérien dans le code de procédure civile et administrative N°22-13 modifié et Complété avec ses propres règles et procédures, et l'a également entouré d'un ensemble de garanties qui protègent l'agent public pendant phase d'enquête sur les abus d'administration.
