    الملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر جودة الحياة الوظيفية على الأداء الوظيفي في مؤسسة الخزف المنزلي سيرتاف مغنية ، حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي و المنهج التحليلي ، لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات و برنامج spssلاختبار فرضيات الدراسة ، حيث تم توزيع 82إستبانة و إسترداد80إستبانة منها، تم صياغة فرضية واحدة رئيسية و أربع فرضيات فرعية لتغطية كافة جوانب الدراسة، توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها أنه يوجد أثر لجودة الحياة الوظيفية على الأداء الوظيفي في مؤسسة الخزف المنزلي مغنية حسب أفراد عينة الدراسة ، كما تبين أن أبعاد جودة الحياة الوظيفية لها أثر كبير على أداء موظفي المؤسسة محل الدراسة ، كما أوصت الدراسة بضرورة الرفع من مستوى جودةالحياة الوظيفية في المؤسسة محل الدراسة Abstract The study aims to investigate the impact of quality of work life on job performance in the SirtafMugniyah Home Ceramics Institution. The study relied on both descriptive and analytical methods. To achieve its objectives, a questionnaire was utilized as a data collection tool, and SPSS software was used to test the study hypotheses. A total of 82 questionnaires were distributed, with 80 retrieved. One main hypothesis and four sub-hypotheses were formulated to cover all aspects of the study. The study found several key results, including the impact of quality of work life on job performance in the SirtafMugniyah Home Ceramics Institution according to the study sample. It also revealed that the dimensions of quality of work life significantly affect the performance of the institution's employees. The study recommended the necessity of enhancing the quality of work life in the institution under study. Résumé : L'étude vise à examiner l'impact de la qualité de vie au travail sur la performance professionnelle au sein de l'Institution de la Céramique Domestique SirtafMugniyah. L'étude s'est appuyée à la fois sur des méthodes descriptives et analytiques. Pour atteindre ses objectifs, un questionnaire a été utilisé comme outil de collecte de données, et le logiciel SPSS a été utilisé pour tester les hypothèses de l'étude. Au total, 82 questionnaires ont été distribués, dont 80 ont été récupérés. Une hypothèse principale et quatre sous-hypothèses ont été formulées pour couvrir tous les aspects de l'étude. L'étude a révélé plusieurs résultats clés, notamment l'impact de la qualité de vie au travail sur la performance professionnelle dans l'Institution de la Céramique Domestique SirtafMugniyah selon l'échantillon de l'étude. Elle a également montré que les dimensions de la qualité de vie au travail ont un impact significatif sur la performance des employés de l'institution. L'étude a recommandé la nécessité d'améliorer la qualité de vie au travail dans l'institution étudiée.
