    Abstract: This research ‚ titled : "Irony in the Articles of Muhammad Al-Bashir Al-Ibrahimi " seeks selected models to study the phenomenon of sarcasm and how to employ it in the service of the reformist dimension . Because it is considered a manifestation of the critic's and disavowal expression of events and attitudes hostile to reformist and liberal thought in Algeria during the French colonial period , when we find that Imam "Muhammad Al-Bashir Al-Ibrahimi " has employed different methods and techniques that drew its material from the source Arabic rhetoric , adding to it a sense of humor and he collects in it all the scientific , religious and heritage culture that enables him to achieve the goal of addressing and reforming the issues of his society . الملخص: يروم هذا البحث الموسوم بعنوان : " السُّخرية في مقالات محمد البشير الإبراهيمي " نماذج مختارة بدراسة ظاهرة السُّخرية وكيفية توظيفها في خدمة البعد الإصلاحي ؛ كونها تعد مظهرا من مظاهر تعبير الناقد و المتنكر للأحداث و المواقف المعادية للفكر الإصلاحي و التحرري في الجزائر إبان الاستعمار الفرنسي ، حيث نجد أنّ الإمام " محمد البشير الإبراهيمي " قد وظف أساليب و تقنيات مختلفة استقى مادتها من نبع البلاغة العربية ، مُضيفًا عليها روح ) الدعابة و جامع فيها كل ما أوتي من ثقافة علمية ودينية وتراثية تمكنه من بلوغ هدف معالجة و ، من بلوغ هدف معالجة و إصلاح قضايا مجتمعه. ، .
