    Abstract : . The Algerian theater movement lack to the serious and effective criticism for the purpose of its development. For this theater lagging behind and thé specialists un this field must love as possible to save this art through thé following: - Work to publishing studies that deal with this art. - Building artistic centres for theater criticism. - Training actors and theater directors to accept constructive criticism. الملخص: الحركة المسرحيّة في الجزائر لم ترافقها حركة نقديّة فعّالة تقوم على تطويرها، لهذا يبقى المسرح يراوح مكانه، والمسؤوليّة تبقى على عاتق المهتمّين بهذا المجال ، والقائمين عليه، ولن تتأتّى نتائج ملموسة توصل المسرح إلى الأفق إلّا بتضافر الجهود من خلال نشر الدّراسات القيّمة التّي تهتمّ بهذا الفنّ، وكذا إقامة وتخصيص مراكز فنيّة تهتمّ بالنّقد المسرحيّ على مستوى المؤسّسات المختلفة ، وفتح المجال على مصراعيه للدّراسات الأكاديميّة وإخراجها إلى المتلقّي، وتدريب الممثّل والمخرج المسرحيّ على تقبّل النّقد البنّاء الذّي يرافق العمليّة المسرحيّة فيقودها إلى برّ الأمان.
