    ملخص: لقد اعتمدت الجزائر كغيرها من الدول أسلوب اللامركزية فـي تنظيمها الإداري نظرا لما يمنحه هدا الأسلوب من استقلالية للسلطات المحلية وحرية فـي اتخاذ المبادرات التـي تساهم فـي التنمية المحلية، إلا أن هده الاستقلالية تبقـى محدودة ونسبية مع خضـوع الإدارة المحلية لما يعرف بالرقابة الوصائية للسلطة المركزية علـى أشخـاص وأعمـال السلطـات المحليـة. RESUME : L'Algérie, à l'instar des autres pays, a adopté une approche décentralisée de son organisation administrative en raison de son autonomie des collectivités locales et de la liberté de prendre des initiatives contribuant au développement local, mais cette autonomie reste limitée et relative avec l'administ ration locale soumise au contrôle de l'autorité centrale SUMMARY: Algeria depended the states way decentralized in her administrative organization sight for what grants him the way from autonomy for the local authorities calm down and freedom in undertaking initiated which the local development contributes in but the autonomy remains limited and genealogical with submission the local administration for what the testamentary supervision for the central authority on persons and works introduces in the local authorities.
