    الملخص : تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى رقمنة الخدمات المالية و أثرها على السياسة المالية للدولة، مع التركيزعلى تجربة بريد الجزائر . تناولت الدراسة الخدمات الماليةمن حيث مفهومها و خصائصها و أهميتها ، و السياسة المالية للدولة و أدواتها، ثم ركزت على الرمنة و مزاياها وتحدياتها أظهرت النتائج أن الرقمنة ساهمت في تحسين كفاءة الأداء المالي، زيادة الايراداتالايجابية، تحسين النفقات العامة، وتعزيز الشمول المالي و الاستقرار الاقتصادي كما أظهرت أهمية الرقمنة في دعم السياسة المالية و تحقيق التنمية المستدامة . Abstract : The study aims to clarify the extent of the existing relationship between direct marketing and competitive advantage, in addition to its importance in increasing competition between institutions and creating innovation and innovation. The question was raised: To what extent does direct marketing affect competitive advantage? In order to find a solution to the problem, the study relied on the descriptive analytical approach as well as the SPSS statistical package program, as it became clear that direct marketing has a direct relationship with competitive advantage and also has a role in developing it. This study aims to analyze the digitalization of financial services anditsimpactonfiscalpolicyinAlgeria,withafocusontheexperience of Algeria Post. The study examined financial services in terms of their concept, characteristics, and importance, as well as the state’s fiscal policy and its tools, then focused on digitalization, its advantages, and challenges. The results showed that digitalization contributed to improving financial performance efficiency, increasing tax revenues, optimizing public expenditures, and enhancing financial inclusion and economic stability. The study also highlighted the importance of digitalization in supporting fiscal policy and achieving sustainable development.
