    تطبيق معايير إدارة الجودة الشاملة وأثرها على أداء مؤسسات التعليم العالي دراسة حالة المركز الجامعي بمغنية

    الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان مدى تطبيق معايير إدارة الجودة الشاملة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي وأثرها على الأداء لدى الفاعلين بالمركز الجامعي بمغنية. تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري والمنهج التحليلي في الجانب التطبيقي، وذلك من خلال الاستعانة باستمارة الاستبيان لجمع المعلومات المتعلقة بآراء الفاعلين بالمركز الجامعي. ولتفريغ البيانات والحصول على المقاييس الإحصائية لاختبار فرضيات الدراسة استندنا على البرنامج المجدول (Excel) وعلى البرنامج الاحصائيSPSS. ابرز نتائج هذه الدراسة هو أن المركز الجامعي بمغنية يهتم بضرورة تطبيق معايير إدارة الجودة الشاملة مع وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لمعايير تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في تحسين الأداء فيما تبين أن متغير مشاركة العاملين وتدريبهم، التحسين المستمر ،دعم الإدارة العليا وضرورة التركيز على الطالب هي متغيرات معنوية وتؤثر في تحسين الأداء بالمركز الجامعي. Résumé Cette étude vise à présenter la mesure dans laquelle les critères du management de la qualité totale dans les établissements d’enseignement superieur et leur impact sur la performance chez les acteurs du centre universitaire Maghnia. La méthode descriptive dans la partie théorique et la méthode analytique dans la partie pratique ont été choisies. Une investigation par le biais d’un questionnaire a été ainsi adoptée pour collecter les données liées à la perception des acteurs dans le centre universitaire. Afin d’illustrer ces données et détenir les mesures statistiques nécessaires pour tester les hypothèses de cette recherche on s’est basé sur le programme tabulaire EXCEL et le programme statistique SPSS. Les principaux résultats de cette étude confirment l’importance accordée à l’application de critères du management de la qualité totale dans le centre universitaire Maghnia avec un effet statistiquement significatif de critères du TQM sur le perfectionnement de la performance. Ainsi, la variable participation des travailleurs et leur formation, le perfectionnement permanent, le soutien de la haute direction ainsi que la nécessité de se concentrer sur l’étudiant demeurent des variables significatives ayant un impact sur l’amélioration de la performance du centre universitaire. Abstract This studyaims to present the extent to which the criteria of total quality management in highereducation institutions and their impact on performance among the actors of the Maghnia University Centre. The descriptive method in the theoretical part and the analyticalmethod in the practical part werechosen. A questionnaire surveywasadopted to collect data related to the perception of actors in the university centre. The EXCEL tabular program and the SPSS statistical program wereused to illustratethese data and to obtain the statisticalmeasurementsneeded to test the hypotheses of thisresearch. The main results of thisstudyconfirm the importance attached to the application of Total Quality Management criteriaat Maghnia University Centre with a statisticallysignificanteffect of TQM criteria on performance improvement. Thus, employee participation and training, ongoingdevelopment, support from senior management, and the need to focus on the studentremainsignificant variables that have an impact on improving the performance of the university centre.
