    الملخص : الرقــــــــــــــــــابة على دستورية القوانين ، هي وسيلة من وســــــــــــــــائل حماية حقوق الأفراد و صون حريــــــــــــــاتهم ، أقرها الدستـــــــور الجزائري و أخضعها لهيئة دستورية تسمى بالمجلس الدستوري . تمــــــــــــــارس الرقابة عن طريق إجراءات الإخطار، إذ أن الدستور الجزائري قد اعتد بالرقــــــــــــــابة السياسية ، إلا أن ذلك لم يمنعه من إشراك القضاء في تفعيلها ، و ذلك عن طريـــــــــــــــــق آلية الدفع بعدم الدستوريـــــــــــــة Resumè : Le contrôle de la constitutionnalité est l’un des moyens qui protège les droits des individus et garantir leurs libertés , prévu dans la Constitution algerienne et soumettre à un organe constitutionnel au nom du Conseil Constitutionnel. Le conseil exerce le contrôle par la procédure de notification . La Constitution algerienne à reconnu le contrôle politique , Cependant, il est permis d’engager le processus judiciare par le mécanisme de l’exception d’inconstitutionnalité . Abstract : The control of the constitutionality of the laws is one of the means that protects the human rights as well as their freedom , wich is ruled by the Algerian Constitution and controled by a constitutional body called the Constitutional Council .The Council that exercises the control through notifying procedure. Algerian constitution was taken by political control , but this did not prevent it from engaging the judiciary in its activation by the execption of unconstitutionality .
