Abstract: The present study aims to highlight the importance of psychological readiness among individuals intending to marry and its role in achieving marital adjustment and family stability. It focuses on the various psychological dimensions associated with preparation for married life, as they are considered fundamental factors contributing to the establishment of a marital relationship based on awareness, mutual understanding, and responsibility. The study targeted young people intending to marry, as they represent the group most in need of guidance and psychological preparation before entering family life, particularly in light of the social and cultural changes characterizing contemporary society. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive-analytical method was adopted, and relevant literature and previous studies on psychological readiness and marriage were reviewed to provide a theoretical framework for the topic. In addition, a business plan and a micro-enterprise model were employed in the design and implementation of the project, contributing to the development of a practical framework for a preventive psychological service directed at individuals intending to marry, with the aim of promoting psychological awareness and supporting opportunities for marital adjustment and family stability.
