    إنهاء المعاهدات الدولية

    ملخص: عرفت المعاهدات الدولية عدة تعريفات كما أن مصطلح المعاهدة يتشابه مع الكثير من المصطلحات وتخضع المعاهدات الدولية إلى عملية الإبرام كما تخضع إلى عملية الإنهاء أيضا ويعتبر مصطلح الإنهاء من المصطلحات التي تطرح إشكالات أيضا حيث يتشابه مع غيره من المصطلحات كالإبطال والإيقاف كما تختلف أسباب إنهاء المعاهدات الدولية بين ما هو اتفاقي بين أطراف المعاهدة سواء بنص صريح أو بشكل ضمني وقت إبرام المعاهدة أو بشكل لاحق. وبين ما هو بعيد عن اتفاق الأطراف وخارج عن إرادتهم نظرا لظروف خارجية وأحداث طارئة لاحقة لإبرام المعاهدة ويكون الإنهاء وفقا لإجراءات معينة ومنتجا لأثار تنعكس على الدول الأطراف. Résume Les traités internationaux ont plusieurs définitions et la durée du traité est semblable à de nombreux termes: les traités internationaux sont soumis au processus de conclusion et sont soumis au processus de résiliation, de même que la résiliation de termes posant problème, qui est similaire à d'autres termes tels que l'annulation et la suspension. Entre ce qui est un accord entre les parties au traité, que ce soit explicitement ou implicitement au moment de la conclusion du traité ou ultérieurement. Et entre ce qui est loin de l’accord des parties et au-delà de leur volonté en raison de circonstances extérieures et de situations d’urgence postérieures à la conclusion du traité et la dénonciation selon certaines procédures et en produisant des effets reflétant sur les États parties. Abstract: International treaties have several definitions and the term of the treaty is similar to many terms.
