    ملخص الدراسة: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على موضوع تسيير المخزون وذلك من خلال المشاكل التي التواجه المؤسسات الجزائرية هو اختيار الطرق والتقنيات المثلى لتسيير المخزون والنموذج الأمثل لمراقبة والتحكم في المخزون . وقد قمنا بدراسة ميدانية في مؤسسة سيرام ديفاندوس بالغزوات Ceramdividndus لمعرفة طرق وتقنيات تسيير المخزون والتسجيلات المحاسبية وعملية جرد المخزون في المؤسسة بطريقة مباشرة . ومن خلال دراسة الحالة قد توصلنا إلى الطريقة التي تقوم بيها مؤسسة سيرام لتسيير المخزون وعملية جرده وكيفية الرقابة على المخزون كما توصلنا إلى نتائج أخرى أهمها أن يوجد تأثير مباشر لعملية تسيير المخزون على عملية الإنتاج والسير الحسن للمؤسسة وضمان استمرارها لأن إهمال وظيفة تخزين تؤدي إلى عدم تحقيق الأهداف وتعريض المؤسسة إلى كافة المخاطر في أي لحظة Resume : The aim of this study is to identify the subject of inventory management through the problems faced by Algerian institutions is to choose optimal methods and techniques for inventory management and the optimal model for inventory control and control. We conducted a field study at Ceram dividndus to explore the methods and techniques of managing inventory, accounting recordings and the process of inventory inventoryinventory in Ceram dividndus directly. Through the case study, we have found how SERAM manages the inventory and inventory inventory and how we control the inventory. We have also reached other results, the most important of which is that there is a direct impact of the process of managing the inventory on the production process and the proper functioning of the enterprise and ensuring that it continues because the neglect of a storage function leads to the failure to achieve the goals and expose the enterprise to all risks at any moment.
