    الملخص: يف ظل أحكاـ التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2016 ،بإعتبارىا ٖتوز مكانة دستورية رفيعة، ٕتعل من رئيس اٞتمهورية فاعال أساسيا يف النظاـ السياسي اٞتزائري، سواء من اٞتانب العضوي والسيما ما تعلق بًتشحو وإنتخابو و مدة واليتو، أو من اٞتانب الوظيفي عند اٟتديث عن عالقتو ٔتختلف السلطات ا١تنصوص عليها دستوريا، خاصة بالنسبة لتأثَته على تشكيل و عمل جهاز القضاء من جهة أو ٕتسيد فكرة التعاوف و التوازف عندما يتعلق األمر بعالقتو بالرب١تاف كهيئة تشريعية Résumé : selon les dispositions de l’amendement constitutionnel de 2016, comme ayant un statut constitutionnel élevé, faisant du Président de la République un acteur clé dans le système politique algérien, tant sur le plan organique que sur celui de sa candidature, de son élection et de son mandat. A cet égard, le Conseil des Nations Unies s’intéresse aux différents pouvoirs qui sont constitutionnellement prescrits, notamment en ce qui concerne leur influence sur la formation et le fonctionnement du pouvoir judiciaire, d’une part, ou l’idée de coopération et d’équilibre dans ses relations avec le Parlement en tant qu’organe législatif. Abstract : under the provisions of the constitutional amendment of 2016, as having a high constitutional status, making the President of the Republic a key actor in the Algerian political system, both on the organic side and especially on his candidacy, election and term of office. In this regard, the Council of the United Nations is concerned with the various powers that are constitutionally prescribed, especially with regard to their influence on the formation and functioning of the judiciary, on the one hand, or with the idea of cooperation and balance when it comes to its relationship with the Parliament as a legislative body.
