Abstract: The current study aims to establish a micro-enterprise specialized in designing, developing, and producing pedagogical tools, interactive games, and integrated educational kits tailored for both typically developing children and individuals with special needs or developmental disorders. This study seeks to address the growing demand in the local market by providing high-quality, competitively priced educational and therapeutic alternatives designed in Arabic, thereby reducing reliance on high-cost imported materials. The target product range includes visual communication flashcards, intelligence and focus-building activity books, sensory and pop-up stories, and specialized remedial tools for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and learning disabilities such as dyslexia. To achieve this, the study utilizes a comprehensive Business Model Canvas (BMC) alongside a field-based market analysis to identify the exact requirements of the target segments, including kindergartens, schools, special education centers, practitioners, and parents. Furthermore, the study outlines a three-year technical and financial plan that demonstrates the project's economic viability and its capacity to ensure financial sustainability while delivering social value that supports the educational and social integration of these groups.
