    تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال وتأثيرها على الأداء الوظيفي "دراسة حالة المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية-مغنية

    الملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي لموظفي المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية مغنية، وفي هذا السياق تناولت الدراسة في شقها النظري تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة وخصائصها أنواعها وكذا وظائفها في حياة الفرد، بالإضافة إلى ذلك تطرقنا لأهمية الأداء الوظيفي وخصائصه والعوامل المؤثرة على أداء العاملين وكذا إجراءات تحسين مستوى الأداء، وفي شقها الميداني تناولت الدراسة معرفة آراء الموظفين حول دور تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة في تحسين مستوى أدائهم داخل المؤسسة. واستخدمنا في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يعتبر المنهج الملائم لوصف تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة ودورها الكبير في تحسين مستوى أداء الموظفين داخل المؤسسات حيث تمت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من 71 موظف في المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية مغنية، كما اعتمدنا على الاستبيان كأداة في جمع البيانات. وتحصلت الدراسة إلى أن يشكل نظام المعلومات والاتصال بالمؤسسة، همزة وصل بين العاملين والمستخدمين، إن الاهتمام بتطوير نظام الاتصال يعتمد على ما يوفّره نظام التسيير من أرضية تتمثل أساسًا في القوانين التي تسير العمل بالمؤسسة، فعلى المؤسسة توزيع المهام ومشاركة العاملين في إمكانية اتخاذ القرار أو المساهمة فيه، وهذا يكون أساسا لتطوير الأداء وتحسين المستوى العام للمؤسسة. Abstract: The study aimed to identify the role of modern communication technology in improving the functional performance of the employees of Hospital institution In this context, the study deait with the theoretical aspects of modern communication technology, its characteristics and types of functions in the life of the individual. As well as measures to improve the level of performance, and in the field of the study dealt with the lmowledge of the views of employees on the role of modern communication technology in improving the level of performance within the institution. In this study. we used the analytical descriptive approach, which is the appropriate method for describing modern communication technology and its great role in improving the performance of employees within the institutions. We used a sample of 71 Hospital institution employees and we adopted the questionnaire as a data collection tool. Modem communication technology has influenced the performance of the employees of Algeria Telecom, providing them with a lot of time. effort and expense. L’étude a permis de constater que le système d’information et de communication de l’institution constitue un lien entre les employés et les utilisateurs. L’intérêt de développer le système de communication dépend de ce que le système de gestion fournit depuis le terrain, qui est principalement représenté dans les lois qui régissent le travail de l’institution, l’institution doit répartir les tâches et la participation des travailleurs à la possibilité de prendre une décision ou de contribuer Dans celui-ci, ce sera la base pour développer la performance et améliorer le niveau global de l'organisation.
