    يتلخص موضوع هذا البحث في دراسة مسؤولية الناقل البحري وتابعيه البحريون أو البريون وفقا للقوانين الوطنية و المعاهدات الدولية حيث تعرضنا للمسؤولية الملقاة على عاتق كل من الناقل المتعاقد و الناقل الفعلي، وكذا مسؤولية الناقل في النقل المتتابع وصولا إلى تبيان هوية تابعي الناقل الممثلين في البحارة وطاقم السفينة والمرشدين من خلال تحديد مسؤوليتهم أثناء تأدية مهامهم الموكلة إليهم، كما تناولنا وكلاء الناقل البحري وهم وكيل السفينة و مقاول المناولة المينائية والتشوين من خلال التعريف بهم وذكر مهامهم والتزاماتهم إلى جانب تحديد مسؤوليتهم. Résume Le sujet de cette recherche est d’étudier le responsabilité du transporteur maritime et de ses dépendants maritimes ou terrestres conformément aux lois nationales et aux traités internationaux. Nous avons également traité avec les agents du transporteur maritimes, à savoir l’agent du navire, l’entrepreneur, e, les identifiant, e, précisant leur devoirs et leur obligation, ainsi qu’en déterminant leur responsabilité. Absract The subject of this research is to study the responsibility of the shipping carrier and its maritime or land-based dependants in accordance with national law and international treaties. We also dealt with the shipping agent’s agent, namely the ship’s agent, the port handling contractor and the contractor, identifying them, specifying their duties and obligation, and determining their responsibility.
