    الملخص إن التجارة الالكترونية أصبحت حقيقة واقعية ، وهذا نظرا لما تحققه من مزايا تساعد على توفير الوقت والجهد والمال ، غير ان الطبيعة العالمية للشبكة الانترنت، وعدم الاتصال المباشر بين البائع والمشتري هي مخاطر تفرض ضرورة ، حماية المشتري في عقد البيع الالكتروني ، خاصة في مرحلة التنفيد ، وتتجسد تلك الحماية في إحاطة المشتري بضمانات قانونية اما تقليدية تتمثل في حماية ضد الشروط التعسفية والالتزام بالسلامة ، وضمانات مستحدثة تتمثل في الالتزام بالإعلام والحق في العدول والالتزام بالمطابقة . Résumé : Le commerce électronique est devenu une réalité , et cela est du a la réalisation des avantages d’aider a gagner du temps , d’efforts et d’argent , mais la nature mondiale de l’internet, et l’absence de contact directe entre l’acheteur et le vendeur , est le risque qui impose la nécessite de la protection d’acheteur dans le contact électronique de vente ,en particulier dans la phrase d’exécution , cette protection consiste a entourer l’acheteur par des garanties juridiques soit traditionnelles sous forme de la protection contre les clauses arbitraires et l’obligation de secrété , ou bien des garanties innovantes qui consiste l’obligation d’information et le droit de rétractation l’obligation de conformité Abstract: E commerce has become q reality . and this is due to the realizations of the benefits of helping to save time effort and money but the globek nature of the internet and the absence of direct contect between the buyer and seller is the risk that impossible the need for buyer protection in the electronic contrat of sale particularly In the implementation phase this protection is to surround the buyer by rather traditional legal guarantees as protection against arbitrary clauses and the safety obligation of information and the right of withdrawl from compliance .
