Résume Cette recherche aborde la question de l’extradition en tant que mécanisme de coopération Judiciaire internationale ,en mettant en évidence le cadre juridique qui la régit au niveau national et international ,ainsi que les défis auxquels son efficacité est confronté ,tout en proposant des solutions pour renforcer la coopération judiciaire et assurer la réalisation de la justice pénale face aux crimes transfrontaliers et d’ empêcher les crimes d’ échapper a la punition même s’ils fuient vers un autre pays Summury This research adresses the issue of extradition as a mechanism for international judicial coopération highlighting the légal frame work that regulates it nationally and the challenges facing its effectivenes ,while proposing solutions to enhance judicial coopération and ensure the achievement of criminal justice in the face of cross –border crimes and preventing criminals from escaping punishement even if they flee to onther country
