    Abstract : In this research, we dealt with an important topic that occupies the educational family in Algeria, which is the educational field of oral expression for the intermediate stage, in which we focused on the methods and steps of this field, which is the purpose of studying the branches of the Arabic language, which is the supreme purpose of literary cultur. Oral expression is one of the fruits of public education and an important educational means, as we adopted in it the role of oral expression in achieving linguistic development for fourth year intermediate learners. The success of the learning process, the educational process graduated with the teacher mastering the methodology of presenting oral expression in a sound way that leads the learner to assimilation and proper expression and good. الملخّص: تناولنا في هذا البحث موضوعا مهمّا من المواضيع الّتي تشغل الأسرة التّربوية في الجزائر ألا وهو ميدان تعليمية التّعبير الشّفهي للطّور المتوسّط والّذي ركّزنا فيه على أساليب وخطوات هذا الميدان، والّذي يعدّ الغاية من دراسة فروع اللّغة، الّتي تعدّ الغرض الأسمى من الثّقافة الأدبيّة، فالتّعبير الشّفهي ثمرة من ثمرات التّربية العامّة ووسيلة تعليمية مهمّة، كما بيّنا فيه دور التّعبير الشّفهي في تحقيق التّنمية اللّغوية لدى متعلّمي السّنة الرّابعة متوسّط، فقمنا بدراسة تطبيقية لكيفية سيرورة هذا الميدان والّذي يحمل في طيّاته الكثير من النّقائص الّتي يجب تداركها ومعالجتها وأخذها بعين الاعتبار من أجل نجاح العملية التّعليمية التّعلميّة تخرج بالمعلم متقنا لمنهجية تقديم التّعبير الشّفهي تقديما سليما يؤدّي بالمتعلّم إلى الاستيعاب والتّعبير الجيّد السّليم.
